- Location was wonderful....peaceful and relaxing
- Convenience to the area we like and where we shop in Orange Beach. The night guard was very helpful and kind, I think his name was Fred. The units kitchen, and the master bathroom shower were very nice. I loved the window from the master bedroom onto the balcony, the perfect sunrise view right from the bed.
Cons -
- Was told we could check in early by Vacasa. Checked out condo...then went to get luggage. Came back to a crew in condo....we had to leave so they could "clean". When we came back..still there...finally they left...floor gritty...sheetrock dust in cabinets...on some furniture and under furniture!!! Just not what I expected for the price....also no decent broom to even sweep floors with
- The first thing was that our door was left open when we got there. It seems that the cleaning crew left the door open. The beds were too high for my elderly mother, but the low furniture in the living room was good for her, but terribly uncomfortable for me and our guests. I understand that its the end of the season, but the furnishings were very worn, and the top drawer in the master bedroom fell out, onto my foot, the first night and I couldnt get it back in its track. We found out that the indoor pool was not available due to the heater needing repairs.
