Nothing! The TV!
The front desk assistant was very nice, he did a good job.
The house keeper was friendly.

Cons -

I couldnt believe that you said it was rated 3 out of 5. It was dirty, lught sicjet habgibg out of the wall, ceiling peeling, sink stopper btiken and missing, drawrrbon tv stand broken and hanging open,no chair atbthe table, & etc.I have pictures.
rooms where dirty, to include sinks table mini frig and microwave, had to buy lysol wipes and clean some areas. If there was anyway I could have left to stay somewhere else, I surely would have.
The place didn't look like the pictures, rooms smell disgusting, the sheets had cigarette's burns, the is no breakfast service.

The front desk person, the description said it had a pool and there wasn't one, and walls are nasty near TV a dead roach for example.
