- The bath tub had jets
- I would have loved the fact the bathroom had jets except they didn't work and jets were filthy.The reasons I paid for this service.
- The attendant agreed to change our room.
Cons -
- There were stains all over the couch cushions
- Front desk personnel was unfriendly and shrugged shoulder at being asked what restaurants were near. Jets on tub didn't work and were filthy. I also didn't like being charged an extra $50 on my credit card when I had already paid for room.
- When we checked into the hotel the room had insects and notified management. They then proceeded to spray insecticide in our room and we became sick. We were told the room could not be switched until the following day because the other rooms were full. W
