  • The room phone did not work. One of the lights was out. Room was simĥ
  • We were never told that the elevator did not work in any of the phone conversations with Manager James. We had a disabled person in our party that could not use the stairs much less carry luggage up the stairs. The room was not ready until 4:37 after it was reserved for 3:00.

Location was good. Rooms were big.

Check in took forever. They gave my parents a supply room. Elevator was broken and gave us a room on 3rd floor. My family was ok with that but they gave my 80+ year old parents a room on 3rd floor after they couldn’t stay in supply room. Then hot water ran out in both our room and my parents room when taking a shower. Our door lock kept getting stuck and you had to throw yourself against the door to open it. Then I got stuck in my room and couldn’t get out because I haven’t opened the door. They didn’t give us towels so when we went down to front desk to ask for them we waited 20 min because they were checking someone in and they were just chatting about life in general. Then when they got to us they said they ran out of towels and gave us bath mats to dry off with. When I went to check out and tell them what happened they said they would comp our rooms. They won’t respond back to booking.com to confirm compensating rooms.
