- Location was convenient. The air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable enough. Constant police presence?

- Poor clean up by whomever renovated. Microwave that turned on but didn't rotate. Fridge that didn't seal, rendering it useless for perishable food. Floors that turned your feet black from lack of cleaning. The breakfast bar had clearance or expired food.
