the exterior it wasn’t bad and the area but it was dirty, since you entered to the elevator, it was very dirty and as soon I got to the room was dirty, they didn’t clean de bathroom at all. Sink dirty, toilet extremely dirty with dota of pee at the toilet and pubic hair, the stove had grease and the kitchen counter and the room smelled like humidity. I won’t stay there again.

I liked the facility and the location

Walked in and could smell a really loud marijuana smell and when we go to the room my husband found little tiny roaches in bathroom I found one on the table and found a big one in kitchen sink

Staff was super nice and professional. When I checked ut the next morning, the lady at the desk was so sweet and energetic. My room was so clean it was great. I slept so well. I will stay here again. Loved this hotel.

The first floor reaked of the smell of weed. Very strong. But otherwise it was amazing

The bathroom door wouldn't close completely. No came to clean the room for my entire stay, which was 8 days.

There were roaches, from babies to bigger ones. The water pressure was low.

The staff mostly except for the night guy Jessie who processed payments correctly and didn't try to over charge you or charge for stuff you didn't have like linens They don't have a lower rate even though you lived there for 6 months when we asked they changed there policy and they made sure to leave a note about weekly inspections or if they had a problem with other tenants they would blanket everyone making you think you were in the wrong. The laundry room hardly worked right meaning it wouldn't take quarters or stuff was out of order or didn't wash clothes right or wouldn't dry them good even though you put it in there for 99 minutes on high still would have wet clothes. We caught one of staff going in there switching the dyers to med heat because they didn't want the dyer on high. So if we did laundry on site we would have to go check every 10 minutes to make sure they didn't switch it on us. The website when we decided to move into this place said that the longer you stayed the cheaper the room would be after we complained about being charged for linens we didn't use because we gave them back on the first day and we paid for a whole month and didn't notice that we was being charged for them the first two months after that we started paying weekly and had to get a print out of our account to double check the charges.

The location was great. Staff was ok but not fully aware how to handle certain situations

There were roaches in the room. The shower dripped all night. No bed lighting.

Location is excellent and the staff is SUPER helpful and friendly. I have been staying here for over a month, traveling with work and they have made my time away from home very comfortable.

I liked the location best due to it being close to work

I did not like the fact that the water was always cold. We were informed on check-in to report to service desk for clean towels and that room service was not everyday. I was informed when I asked for service that the fee wasnâ≢t paid for service.
