The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. The hotel has been completely renovated in the last few months. Hot tub is gone which is a real disappointment. They should have repaired it not filled it in.

Saw some negative reviews so we didn’t know what to expect. I’m a hotel snob, but we were very pleased with everything about this hotel….Very clean, nice linens, extra towels, good hotel staff, good breakfast (except no oatmeal). We would definitely recommend.
No oatmeal for breakfast.

The location was good. The room was clean enough.
The reason for our trip was our grandchildrens Christmas present. For the past three years we take them to a hotel that has a heated pool and let them swim and also take them shopping. When we arrived and checked in we went to or room and changed because the children was so excited to go swimming. When we got to to heated in door pool it was 64 degrees. When we went to to desk the lady said they had turned it of for storms that had came thru a few hours ago. She also said she would let maintenance know. If a heated pool was off for 2 or 3 hours it would still be warm. When I went to the front desk the lady said that maintenance had already left and she would try to call but they will not answer. Was also rud and none apologetic. The next morning when checking to go to another hotel the lady at front desk turned her back and was very rud when I tried to tell her the situation. We will stay somewhere other then Holiday inn in the future.

location was very good, easy in, easy out.
Breakfast was warm, eggs over done, toast took 7-8 mins.,Coffee in the room was strong, Room was at the very top and as far from the elevators as one could get. End doors did not work with cards, had to enter through front door. keeping in mind we were a

fire alarm went off twice during the night. Management stated it was a faulty smoke alarm
