- I didn't like anything about the Property. It looked very unkept!! ACTUALLY IT LOOKED NASTY!!! There were people hanging out on the 2nd floor that appeared to be drug dealers. We found out from the locals that it was a hotel for Prostitute's. We didn't stay on the property. There was definitely false advertisement in regard to the Property it didn't look like any of the pictures online!! And to top things off I was charged twice154.00 by you all and 103.00 by Red Roof. I really think that you all need to check out these places before contracting with them. OR MAYBE SOMEONE FROM YOUR COMPANY SHOULD STAY A NIGHT BEFORE CONTRACTING WITH THEM, THEN YOU COULD ASSURE A REPUTABLE HOTEL. But I understand, it's all about stealing and taking other people's hard earned money. This is not the first time that something like this has happened to me with booking. I tried to tell myself that you all were better than this, BUT YOU'RE NOT!!! AND I WILL BE DOING A YELP BECAUSE PEOPLE NEED TO KNOW HOW YOU REALLY ARE!! YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY.

- I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!!! i REALLY DIDN'T LIKE BEING CHARGED TWICE. I CALLED BOOKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU ALL SAID I WAS CHARGED, THEN CHANGED THE STORY THAT I HADDEN'T BEEN CHARGED. I CHECKED WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THEY WERE THE ONES THAT TOLD ME THAT I WAS CHARGED BY BOOKING, I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO BE TREATED EXTREMELY RUDE. YOUR COMPANY IS FILLED WITH LIARS AND CON MEN. WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE WAS TAKEN PICTURES AND SEND THEM TO YOU.VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!
