- The manager was very understanding and available to assist us with the issues.

- The bed was completely filthy. There was red stains on the sheets. Urine stains on the mattress cover. I have a picture of that. Hair was in the shower, and there were 2 bugs in the kitchen. My sleep was interrupted by the smell of cigarettes.
- Hotel did not have my reservation at the quoted rate. I had to pay a higher rate.
