Cons -
- The main entrance locks at 11 pm. I know it was for safety, but when I rang the intercom, nobody answered or came to the front desk. The lobby was completely empty. I couldn't even get in the hotel to check in until another guest came to the door.
- Breakfast was not good. It took 1/2 hour for omelets to come out. Who eats chicken sausage & the potatoes were meh. Also reservation area was like a desk right in the hallway. In everyone?s way.
- $50 non refundable is a lot for a dog. Not listed until we checked in
