- The location
- Proximity to my travel destination
- The room was inviting and nice and exceeded my expectations. It did not look "cheap", even though the price was for my stay was very affordable.
Cons -
- The owner operator was so rude and hateful.Will never go again nor recommend.
- There was no one to check us in upon arrival. We had to make a couple of calls. The roaches in the room. We extended our stay and had to pay extra to keep the same room.
- Planned and overnight trip. But kid got strep and they would not let me cancel or change the date to the following week. So I had to pay for a room that I could not use. Pretty lousy customer service. Could have canceled the room with no charge.
