The hot water
I liked the location of the hotel. It was not far from my event.

It was so cold in the first room. I requested another. The heater didn?t work in there either. It was too late for me to leave and find another hotel.
The water was off. Roaches crawling everywhere and it smelled like someone just finished smoking weed when I got to the room. I could use assistance with a refund please

I liked the location of the hotel. It was not far from my event.

It was shameful the way the hotel is kept. You can tell there is no maintenance done on the rooms. The paint was peeling. There was green corrosion on the toilet. The sink was stopped up. The sofa was dirty. I saw two roaches. It was not a good stay.
