Did not eat breakfast but only cereal, waffles, juices

Bathroom toilet malfunctioning, not flushing. Bathroom sink not drainingRoom in awful physical condition- baseboard missing in spots & could see insulation, holes in plaster walls, mold, filter not clean, paint coming off. Flooring warped & coming off. Smelled of smoke being covered up

I checked in around 6pm went across to the shopping store came back around 8pm by the time I was settled in a room it was 9pm they switch me 4 didn’t times rooms where not ready and not working properly I booked a king room ended with 2 double bed room not comfortable and too small we slept separate and my boyfriend is tall so really not what we expected being I’ve stayed with choice hotels plenty of times before. The room I settled in still was under construction we left on Monday morning around 8 due to all the drilling and hammering they started couldn’t sleep so we left, I had plans on staying another night they couldn’t offer me a discount so we left and went down the street to Best Western.

No chair in room except desk chair. Boxes stacked in dining area.

I liked the fact that there was at least a clean bed.

There was no WiFi available, the tv would not work with streaming platforms, I had no bathroom amenities, the interior looked a mess, breakfast was limited, and the front desk representative was dismissive.
