- Hotel was great. People upstairs had kids running around until 3 am first night. Had to request staff go talk to them. Second night same but called downstairs at midnight to have someone talk to them and they ended up moving them to 1st floor.

Weve been in many hotels. This one was exceptional! Staff was awesome. Amenities were wanderful. Beautiful pool area that felt like a resort. Rooms were very clean, aroma was fresh . We would love to stay in any LA Quinta like this one.

Mattresses are awful. I have stayed a number of times and just can't sleep due to the mattresses making my back and hips hurt.

Very clean and modern-looking. Obviously well taken care of. room was spacious, as well as the bathroom.

It was so nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Upon checking in, we had just put in for the single bed for me and my husband when we got to our room they had recently done some remodeling and they had put us in a room that didn’t have a faucet at the sink, we went back and told them And the woman at the front desk was so nice and so helpful. She apologized and upgraded us to a suite and we just wished we could’ve stayed longer because it was so nice. Highly recommend this place.

Everything was great except the remote wouldn’t work so we had to change the channel by hand and some on the towels had hair in them didn’t complain to the staff since we were leaving this morning so we made due
The property location is great as there are limited hotel options in Chelsea. The hotel amenities were great. We took advantage of the exercise room, pool, and continental breakfast. The hotel is clean and well maintained.
Our room was not cleaned one of the days of our stay. It was not a major inconvenience though.
