- Front Desk very accomodating
Cons -
- Being required to pay for parking at such a remote location was unacceptable and a sneaky way to increase the room rate. I will recommend that my company book elsewhere in the future.
- The fire alarm was set off when we were checking in - and it continued to go off for over an hour even after the Fire dept. had arrived. The elevator was dirty, no microwave in the room , ice machine didn't work - & this was suppose to be a 4star Hotel

The staff was extremely friendly.
