- Check in staff was overwhelmed and not very accommodating, the other staff throughout were fine. The bathroom shower was not very clean and the rooms walls need attention as they are dirty. We were able to stay and enjoy out trip but it is not a 4 star
- The bathroom door almost fell on me, the bathroom shower drain cover came off while I was in the shower and scratched my foot, the bed sheet had dirt andd hair on them. On the day I was leaving I told the hotel assistant that checked me out.
- Hotel was in bad shape, floors all cut up, bathroom wasnt clean and the elevator went out at 7pm and didnt come back on ( i left at 7am)
