Pros +

• I loved the friendliness of the staff, the made-to-order omelets, and the fact that housekeepers came daily without a guest having to request service. My suite was very spacious and felt like a studio apartment. The walk-in shower
• The staff was friendly, and the location was close to the Galleria.
• Everything the way it looked the staff the breakfast everything was great besides the restaurant the rooms the dining area and the breakfast was my favorite thing about it I loved the view

Cons -

• There is very little to complain about. On my wish list, though, would be bell service staff outside at the entrance to help with luggage. I am elderly and use a cane. I was blessed to be dropped at the hotel by a relative. She went inside and got a cart and put my luggage
• The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pull out sofa was a joke. We slept on a bed of nails for 3 nights. I felt completely robbed and the rate of over $300 per night was definitely not worth it to sleep on a mattress that felt like cardboard. I called down to the front desk for more towels and hand soap for the bathroom and never received. The breakfast was mediocre. I will not be back.
• TV did not work! Shower wasn’t cleaned before check-in!
