They had roach , bug problems .

The receptionist was polite and kind

Cons -

No coffee pot in the rooms,
hallway reeked of cigarette smoke even thought I had a non smoking room it crept in. I had to use half a bottle of febrez just to cover the smell. leaky shower head sprayed water on the wall. door in bTH had been split open. AC did not work very well
Yes! I checked in asked for a bottom room received what I asked for but got to the room and there was a dog for my neighbor that barked all night long. I was in 132 the dog was in room 130

Location

Everything.. no coffee no breakfast. Dirty and smelly I had two rooms for two days and guests in 2 nd room refused to stay another day and left with no refund.
