- The view
- Our hotel room didn?t have heater and it was cold the whole night.
- The young lady working the office was terrific.
Cons -
- Had to get are own towel?s every day. Never cleaned the entire stay and it wasn?t clean to start with. Floors were not swept it wasn?t vacuumed I don?t even want to think about the bedspreads.
- There was no emergency support
- Carpets are stained, bathroom door doesn?t close, wall recently patched but not painted. When the heat is turned up in the office, the boiler sends heat to this room as well and there is no way to turn it back down. Temperature in room spiked over 80*.
