Featuring a garden, All Seasons Campground features accommodations in Ninilchik. There's a private entrance at the campground for the convenience of those who stay. There's an outdoor fireplace and guests can access free Wifi and free private parking. All units come with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette with an oven and a microwave, and a private bathroom with shower. At the campground, units have bed linen and towels. The campground has a picnic area where you can spend the day outdoors. Homer Airport is 41 miles from the property.

I really liked the location in Ninilchik. It doesn't have breathtaking views or anything, but it was clean and in nice shape and within easy striking distance of plenty of beautiful hikes and a short trip to Homer.

Cons -

There were some minor communication issues and we had to ask about some important details (a handout or a little binder with information like many places provide would have been very helpful). Also, the pilot light on our stove wasn't working.
