The desk clerk, name unknown, was very nice. Management should issue him a new company shirt. WYNDHAM SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE THEIR NAME ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROPERTY.

We stay was great! Rooms weren¿t luxury but certainly good enough to stay for the weekend. Bathroom was a bit small but no big deal at all. Breakfast had a nice selection including hot foods. All the staff i interacted with were pretty nice as well.
Checked in and went to work. Came back in the morning and my room was occupied by someone else. I had to get another room. This is unacceptable!

Great room. Clean and conveniently located.
The cleanliness and staff. The quality of the bathroom supplies was great. They had full-sized JR Watkins shampoo, body wash and conditioner which is a very good brand. And the towels and wash cloths were nice quality.
The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were fine, which is always a big selling point for me to return.

Absolutely nothing. Not one of the ammenities shown was even remotely close to the offers. A horrible, if not the absolute worst hotel experience I've ever had. What a nightmare. Talk about 'Bait & switch'. I should contact the Tennessee State Attny Gen.

Top Tips
- For stays during MTSU events, book 6-12 weeks in advance to avoid rapid sellouts and higher rates; event periods often eliminate discount inventory. Compare rates across brands early for savings, especially near university venues.
- Plan for a 35-45 minute drive (about 34 miles) between central Murfreesboro and Nashville International Airport (BNA); add 10-20 minutes at peak times on I-24. Confirm shuttle availability with your specific hotel if not traveling by car.
- Select hotels off Old Fort Parkway or Medical Center Parkway for fastest highway entry, reducing travel to BNA or Nashville to under 40 minutes in typical conditions. Check for onsite amenities before booking if planning frequent commutes.
- Explore Main Street in downtown Murfreesboro on foot, as key attractions, restaurants, and Stones River National Battlefield are all within a 5-15 minute walk. Request accessible room options in advance if mobility support is needed.
- Average July highs reach 90°F (32°C); verify your hotel’s air conditioning efficiency and severe-weather shelter plan prior to arrival, especially during March-May thunderstorm season. Ask about in-room climate controls and emergency contacts at check-in.
- Most chain hotels in Murfreesboro offer free onsite parking, but Main Street downtown properties may charge $15-20 (US$) per day. Confirm parking policy and accessible parking availability at the time of reservation.
- Murfreesboro’s municipal tap water is safe and treated. If you have sensitivities, ask your hotel or check the city’s Consumer Confidence Report via murfreesborotn.gov for allergen and chemical details.
- Request a guest room away from I-24 on a higher floor and not facing the hospital to minimize traffic and ambulance noise. If you require additional quiet, confirm with your hotel about their quiet zone or noise reduction amenities.
