- I absolutely loved the staff their respectful attitude attention to details and their caring and helpful attitudes were exceptional!!!
- Buffet was very good, location was excellent
Cons -
- Other than the issue with the room shower cubical, and asl bad smell after when i had taken a shower, but contacted reception whom addressed the issue within the same 30mim Of the complaint arriving...
- Absolutely nothing
- Staff was mediocre. Very slow to respond. Left items in room by mistake after room change and items never returned after dozens of calls and in person requests to staff. They had put us as far away from our group as possible so we requested to be moved

Resort is large..freindly staff..doing the best they can during covid..
Things are changed during covid ..resort was far from filled..some resturants not open..like buffet for dinner..I understand can not waste huge buffet when not that many guests..for the value of trip price ..well worth it
