Hotel Guest Reviews of the Holiday Inn Paris-Notre Dame

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location, next to an RER and subway stop, bustling nightlife right nearby-St. Michaels square, and the roof top was quite nice. Air conditioning was a major plus as Paris had quite a heat wave the first days of our stay.
Double secured doors for some of the rooms- made it hard for the people staying in those rooms to hear you knocking at the outer door.

"Holiday Inn" scared me from this hotel as I thought it would be too American, but it was everything see needed, the rooftop bar was a great place to sip wine after a long flight and see all that Paris has to offer- before actually going to it. Locals often went up there as it's quieter than the surrounding St. Michaels square (which is hopping and fun)

We were upgraded by the friendly staff upon arrival, which was wonderful since we were travelling with children. The location is excellent and the hotel is very nice!
No

Two metro stops just down the block, close to the Seine River, very close to shops, restaurants and anything else you could want. The terrace on top is amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

There is a rooftop terrace that overlooks the whole city. You can see the Eiffel Tower on one side and Notre Dame on the other. It's a relaxing place to be.
No. There was nothing bad about the hotel. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was good, the staff were helpful and very friendly and the location could not be beat.

You are within walking distance to Notre Dame. There are many cafés and convenient shopping nearby and the bridge with all the lovers locks is very close as is the Seine river.

Modern tiny room hotel just a block from the Seine, good restaurants, close to Metro stop. Good internet access but you pay twice, once in the room for an Ethernet cable then pay again for WiFi in the lobby!

Great location with easy access (walk or metro) to main attractions in Paris. Room, bathroom, bedding overall clean, bedding was comfortable.
The room had a very bad odor (sewage smell) and room was very small.

Hotel lobby was small but attractive. Rooms were small, but clean. Our main concern was the sewage smell as you entered the room (like being in room next to canals in Venice). You got used to it after a few minutes, but it was a complete turn-off during the entire 2 day stay. Rooms are very small for 2 with luggage, but a single business traveler not spending time in the room will find it sufficient. ...read more
