especially the bathroom.

The staff was friendly. They gave us cards with directions to give to the cab driver for all the destinations we wanted to go to. Cabs were inexpensive in traveling around the city and to the airport. The breakfast was good, it was included in our room price.

This was an excellent and moderately priced hotel in the heart of downtown Shanghai. This Holiday Inn was very near the train station, so travel was very easy also!

For the price, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. The room was decent and the staff was very accommodating. The room had a leaky
AC and the whole hallway got wet, but the staff quickly switched us to another room and apologized profusely. I spent about a week in this hotel, it was a good experience and would consider staying here again.

A good hotel with a good price. Very close to the Shanghai Railway Station, which makes getting in and out of town very easy. Also very close to the metro. However, the "Downtown" location isn't quite downtown. It's a little further away from the action, which can be good or bad, depending what you are looking for. But again, it is easily made up for with close proximity to trains or a cheap cab ride to your destination of choice. Also has a good breakfast buffet. This hotel is a good choice. ...
