Great Location, Great Staff, Clean place, Always have Taxis and the laundry room is great right next to the pool/gym need 5 coins to wash, 5 coins to dry (1$) but the size of the units are huge.

The hotel was very attractive and the rooms were comfortable.
The location makes it a little difficult to access the SMRT but there is a bus stop right out the front which does make it a little easier to get around.

Great hotel. I enjoyed walking around the area and discovering some cheap and delicious restaurants nearby. The concierge was fantastic. I would stay here again.

Clean Rooms, Nice Staff, Easy to catch a cab, close to Clark Q and not too expensive.
Breakfast Buffet was OK, most of hot food was luke warm. Paid $60 for internet access and daily buffet; a bit over priced and I would have been better off going a la carte.

It's a good hotel. Clean rooms, nice and attentive staff. You will not be disappointed unless you have 5 star expectations. Everything is a touch dated, but certainly not out of date or 'retro'. Buffet is so-so. Fine for a couple of days, but then time to venture out. Hot plates were not hot, so your pancakes, chicken satay, etc will be luke warm most often. Fun KTV downstairs if you are into that kind of thing. Not seedy, but fun singers and very sociable. Respectful crowd. It's also close to Clarke Quay but not too close.....access to bus routes and easy to get to financial district. ...read more

One queen bed and one twin bed. Good for a family of three and no extra charge.
Not close to any MRT and no bus stop in front of the hotel. No free wifi in the room.

Very clean. Free apples.

Beautiful lobby, good staff
Rooms were musty, dark and outdated.

Must have been a stunning hotel in its day. Now needing a lot of restoration. The musty rooms are what bothered me the most. Otherwise a pleasant experience.
