Location
Beds were horrible, claimed to be able to change the dial for softness to firmness, but must of been broken as it didn't work. Bed was rock hard. Restrauant was over prized for quality.

The location was good. They had a restaurant in the hotel. The desk person at night was great, and the morning desk person was helpful and listened to my concerns, then escalated it to his boss in a timely manner. She contacted me right away.
The blond hairs left in the bathroom, and the almond waiting in the bed. Obvious signs that the room was not cleaned week, and the bed linens were not replaced with new ones.

The pillows and linen
The bed was very uncomfortable. The coffee pot could not be plugged in the outlet. Even after I move it to the desk the coffee pot did not work. I told the man at the desk he gave me some tea since no coffee was available. The restaurant didn't open at 7a
