1 of the rooms (had 2 for 2 nights) was clearly smoked in the night before. It was over powering. Do not understand why cleaning attendant did not report this. Went down to front desk and let employees know but they seemed somewhat indifferent to our
Situation. Did put an air cleaner in room but smelled no different. Comped us breakfast 1 day as well but not acceptable in my book. Visit nashville 4-5 times a year. Won't stay here again. Aren't all rooms NON SMOKING?

Staff very friendly. Other than that wasn't impressed and won't returnBetter value at other nearby locations.
Excessive parking fee.$25 to self park Accept pets but have no covered seating area for smokers. Go stand in the rain and cold. aThe FREE Shuttle runs much less frequently than advertised.Charge $6 for a cup of coffee, juice and muffin $2 Sunday paper

Desk staff were very friendly and helpful.Shuttle to downtown was terrific.Pool and Jacuzzi were great.Room was very nice, and maid service was "invisible" - they worked around our schedule perfectly.
Bartender was a bit rude when asked for ice for a soda bought at the shop.
