The location of being in a beach was a benefit.
The hotel is outdated and running down. Multiple staff members at the bars and restaurants, but service was slow and lacking 20 + minute waits for simple orders. Incorrect room service twice. No mention of signing up for shuttle. Had to get out of it.

The hotel workers. Nice looking pool area as well as beach accessibility. Free parking. Room was ok but outdated. Gym looked pretty good. Rooms had safes.
The breakfast buffet was overpriced and had too many flies. I saw a dead bug in the ham tray. No Soda machines on the floors. Room was a little outdated as were hallways. Lighting in bedroom part not too good. Locarion was so-so.

Breakfast time was a nightmare due to the birds and flies. We constantly needed to wave one hand while trying to eat with the other one. It was a real torture.

The beach on the hotel property is beautiful and amazing for snorkeling.
This was the least accommodating hotel I have ever been to. My two friends and I felt so unwelcomed by the staff we were actually relieved to leave.

The beach is gorgeous. Clean, friendly staff.
Terrible [and expensive] food options. Plan to rent a car and eat all meals elsewhere if you stay here.

The air-conditioner vent cover where dirty that made us( including our 1 year old son) have a stuffy nose.The closet doors did not shut properly. The screw of the hotel room door fell out and the bathroom door got stuck because sealing plates where loose.
