TV remote did not work the first night. We asked to have it replaced. It was not.There was no service to the room for the second night. Wastebaskets were not emptied, bathroom not cleaned, linens not touched.

Friendly staff and great service, easy check-in, good breakfast. Location and access to highways was good.
The room was small (for the price). There was not internet service in the room as promised, we were not able to connect to the internet the entire stay. Even in the lobby...I would have purchased the faster internet if I could have connected at all.

People at the hotel were friendly and very helpful, facilities were clean and we'll kept even with winter weather conditions. Did have a water line break setting off the fire alarm at 5am but then things like that can't be controlled... overall loved it

That when the shuttle driver for the rental car place stiffed us, the night manager sent the hotel shuttle to get us, and if it had been a longer wait he would have picked us up himself!
