Motel quality was low in many aspects. The owner(s) of this establishment are wasting money down the drain providing extremely poor room quality, very poor service and in some aspects it is unsafe. Some of the basic aspects like being friendly, welcoming and looking presentable cannot be sacrificed by any personnel there. The front desk is disrespectful of the do not disturb sign. They will enter your room maybe to be nosey when you are not there even when they see the do not disturb sign which is evident and present on the door. In my stay there i think the african american lady who worked there must of sent someone inside my room to deliver a package that was for me when the do not disturb sign was on the door. Basic things like this is so stupid and unnecessary for them to do with all of the other items that are so bad in regards to the motel. It's like the african american lady was playing ignorance to the do not disturb sign. I must of checked in and out of the room several times previous to this stay in which they had plenty of opportunity to affix the smoke detector to the wall appropriately. I cannot believe the front desk and management of this establishment does not take a basic safety issue like this seriously. It's not like the front desk personnel was not aware of this. This is something they should be able solve without any problem but the front desk personnel lack of care and managements lack of care is allowing this type of practice. The microwave and fridge was small. It just does not make any sense for them to do solve this basic need in the room. The t.v. was ancient and badly needs replacement. Why is Travelodge even allowing them to have the franchise? Housekeeping was friendly and cleaning the room with what they have. The linens and towels were clean. However the towels needed replacement because of the wear on them. Some of my days in the stay there i received one not so old towel. ...

1. Room quality is low. 2. They seem to be providing clean linens and towels. They could provide better towels. 3. Pillows seem to be better than the other room i was in before. 4. Furniture and carpet looks worn out. Many stains in carpet. 5. Microwave and Fridge/Freezer very small. 6. T.V. is outdated. 7. Noise level in this side of the motel is higher than the other side facing the mexican restaurant. 8. Nails on wall from previous furniture fixtures. 9. Some of the front desk personnel must be more friendlier and welcoming. 10. Housekeeping seem to be working with what they have. They seem friendly. ...

The Overall quality of the room is low. The Carpet is worn out and dirty. The furnishings is run down, old and awkward. Walls have holes in it where they had furniture fixtures. The overall experience in the room is low. The motel offered free breakfast but I did not participate. The internet has been the same as my last visit and hasn't improved any. When doing a speed test I am getting 1.56 mbps download and 3.70 mbps upload. The free parking is available and better in this part of the motel versus the other side where I was located before. The motel is pet-friendly. The housekeeping is working with what they have and seem to be friendly. The Linens and Towels seem to be clean. The linens seem better then the towels. For some reason they seem to be giving 1 better looking towel and 1 older used towel. The pillows are useable unlike my previous stay in which they were really poor. They seem to be improving in this basic area. The bed was alright to sleep in. I did not have a problem sleeping in the bed. The T.V. is ancient. The microwave and fridge are really small. The fridge with freezer needs improvement. The freezer storage capacity needs to be much more bigger for extended stay visitors like myself. I cannot understand why they do not choose to have a bigger freezer capacity in the fridge. The rooms had flies and other insects in here (possible spiders, nats or mosquitos). The must improve in this area and get rid of these in the room. I had called and spoke with the front desk possibly cindy and mentioned to her about the smoke detector being dislodged from the wall however they did not fix. They had plenty of time to come in the room and fix when I wasn't in the room all day but they did not fix. It's not like there was a do not disturb sign on the room. ...

Breakfast is free however i did not participate. There is free internet but it's slow and cuts off. Parking is free but the spaces are awkward. I did see customers there with pets so they are pet friendly. If you want a wake up call think twice about it. You may get a early wake up call besides the one you asked for. Bed frame was unsafe to sleep on but once i mentioned the problem to them they fixed it. However the person i spoke with cindy initially was not concerned about the problem and did not offer to change the room. Safety of their guest should be a priority and i thought verbally over the phone she did not take it seriously. I did think that the bed mattress was ok. Part of the plug in my phone charger got destroyed with the electrical extension cord that was provided in the room. Mary was helpful and took the part the plug that was locked into the electrical extension cord out with a tool she had. I thought that this type of situation was unsafe and could be a hazard. They should provide better towels, linens and pillows especially for the extended stay visitors like myself. The internet service is slow and needs a total overhaul. Front desk and people answering the phone must have much better phone etiquette. Also when i checked out i thought the front desk person did not care what she wore and presented herself badly in terms of clothing. She looked like she could of just gotten out of bed and came to work at the front desk. She did not wear a name badge which is not acceptable. The housekeeping staff seems to work with what they have. I did notice they were smiling and did basic greeting. Some of their front desk staff needs major improvement in doing the basic greeting, dressing, and being friendly. They also must be responsible. At the very least wear a name badge so i know who you are. ...

The Bed frame was unsafe to sleep and unstable. I called the front desk and cindy fixed it the same day. However she was giving me a hard time on the phone by stating that she would not be able to let me know when they would be able to fix. She did not offer to change the room either which is really bad. Also after they fixed the bed they did not pick up the nail off the floor which i stepped on. There was a problem with their electric extension plug also. It jammed part of my cell phone plug inside it and destroyed my charger. Mary was able to dislodge part of my charger plug from the extension cord. She seemed more friendly than cindy when presenting unsafe situations to them. The flies and insect problem is still there. I don't know why they didn't simply give me a better room because of the length of stay and revenue i was giving them for the number of days of stay there. They got rid of one of the three bad pillows in the room however they did not replace the pillow they took away from the room. The linens seemed to be clean and towels need improvement because they look worn off and old. It seems like the housekeeping is working with what they have and cleaned the room in a satisfactory fashion with what they have. I don't understand why since i am a repeated and extended stay customer they don't simply provide better and cleaner towels/linens/pillows. I can't believe they took the bad pillow away and did not replace it with another one that was better to sleep in. They need to improve on the basics first- Better and cleaner linens/towels/pillows first. They should Work on these simple things first. Then replace the outdated small fridge/freezer and microwave. These items are a necessity for extended stay visitors. The T.V. is ancient and needs a update. The water in the facility smells. I don't know if this occurs in the city of great bend. Wake up call was way off. I asked for 6am and i got something like 1:00am ...

The price for the motel room was ok. They could provide better basic needs such as better towels, pillows and linens first for the extended stay visitors such as myself. The fridge, microwave and television should also be better for the extended stay visitors because of the length of stay and the revenue I am bringing in to them. The housekeeping seems to be working with what they have and are keeping the room clean. The room does not have a iron or ironing board. Also flies and insects get into the room as well. The quality of the room is low. The mattress is older but i did not have trouble sleeping in the bed. I had a problem in the bathroom during the visit. I heard water constantly running in the ceiling in the bathroom. The front desk initially did not correct the problem however after almost 9 to 12 hours of hearing the water running and several attempts of contacting the front desk they fixed the problem. Mary seemed to be responsive and fixed the toilet that was running in the room above where i was staying. I cannot believe they were allowing all of that water to run down the toilet for so long and causing a inconvenience for me to hear the noise and wasting all of that money going down the drain. It doesn't cost them anything at all to hear and respond to what i am saying. ...
