Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. The hotel environment is very peaceful and fancy for the price.
I would have appreciated a map in English detailing the shopping options in Daiba.

View of Tokyo was amazing and the location was perfect. The staff was just perfect and was more then willing to assist you in every way.
I had a room on the Presidents level floor. The room was comfortable and clean but the view was somewhat obstructed and the room was very small for a club level floor and the money I paid. The hotel pool was closed but I was able to swim in a nearby.

It was a very nice property with an amazing view of the city skyline and Rainbow Bridge. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I really liked the concerige and the club room staff. The door staff was also very helpful and I was able to have an extra hour prior to checkout. One of the best hotels in the city. I was a bit disappointed with the room size but it was otherwise fine. ...read more

Beautiful views if the weather is right
Access to the area requires a different public transportation pass than most main lines in Tokyo. Also, a bit more touristy than other areas in central Tokyo. Some people like that though.

Hotel is suitable. Interior furnishings are a little dated but it's clean, very nice and there are some great views!

This hotel is gorgeous. I was worried, due to the fact that most Japanese hotels are on the small side. But these rooms were the size of rooms in American hotels and were amazing.
The only downsides to this hotel was that there are no English channels on the TV as well as no Free WiFi. They do have free internet in the rooms via LAN.

I thought I would have trouble finding this hotel (it¿s placed in the water on Google Maps), but it is literally right outside the train station. It's also conveniently located right next to both Aqua City Mall and Decks mall. We stayed primarily to be close to Disney. Unfortunately their free shuttle to Disney was not running on the day we went, but it was super easy and fast (about 30 minutes) to access via the train system. The staff is extremely helpful and everyone seemed to be quite fluent in English. I had the airport view, which while it is probably not as scenic as the Rainbow bridge side, it is still quite amazing. They do not have any English TV channels. They only provide an English language movie, which is one that plays all day and you pay for all day access. They do provide a free DVD player for rental, but it does not play American DVDs. With the executive floor room, I received meal tickets good for breakfast. They are good at about 3 of their 8 restaurants and also for room service. If you don't get to use them for breakfast, you can use them at the 3 restaurants for lunch. I used mine for room service. The minibar to me wasn't extremely expensive, but if you're so inclined, there is a small convenience store right outside by the train station that has a plethora of drinks (both alcoholic and non), snacks and souvenirs. Our room did end up being a smoking room, which worked in our favor. Now, this might worry some people, because it wasn't stated when I booked, but you honestly could not tell that it was a smoking room. There was no lingering odor or dis-colorization. I marked that I believe this hotel would be family friendly because they do have rooms available with up to three beds. Plus, it's located near Disney and Decks (which has the SEGA Joyopolis arcade). It's also located near the big ferris wheel, which is spectacular at night. Overall, I loved this hotel. I would definitely recommend it. ...read more
