The staff was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.
I was in the "un-renovated" area and there was no elevator and it was SCARY!! I am pregnant and thank goodness they helped me with my bags.

The area I stayed in I dubbed "The Dungeon" it was VERY old and out dated, no elevator access and very creepy. This was my 1st time to you Priceline and I truly believe they put me in that room because I did. I'm a SPG member, which it the Starwood Loyalty card and I called the desk and asked if I would have booked that way would I have been in the room I was in, I was told they would have guaranteed my room, which I took as "no, I would have been put in the renovated side". Given I would of paid
--- more for the room if I had booked through Starwood (SPG), but it actually might have been worth it. The toilet was like a public bathroom, one with the handle you only use your foot on. The bed was very comfortable and was the only thing in the room that looked new. Very thankful for that. My experience with Priceline was seamless, the experience with what was waiting on the other end... not so great!!

They were very accommodating to shuttling us where we needed to go even with a baby in a carseat.
I didn't like that there wasn't free breakfast. The indoor pool was too cold for my baby to swim in.

Shuttle to airport
Put us in a basement with bottom of only window at pavement level. Did not feel safe. Second day coffee, tissue, creamer, sugar not replenished and when asked for service got one item at a time and only after we called back.

Room was all right.
1. Breakfast buffet food was cold. No microwave in serving area to reheat it. 2. Two computers in public area were a disgrace -- almost inoperable. I mentioned to the manager, who said, "I know that." Why not spend $400 on two new ones?

The location was supposedly in the "Logan Airport Area." It was actually six miles away. That is not what I expected to find -- Priceline's location classification was grossly misleading.

The lady who checked us in was beyond amazing.
The pool was closed for painting and the lock on the door wouldn't work. We went through 4 keys trying to get in, luckily one of us was already in the room so knocking was the solution
