The staff was very friendly and responsive. I like the property's close proximity to NASA, as well as several dining options.
The hallways smell like smoke (please note that are non-smoking room did not). The sink in the bathroom was clogged.

Location was perfect, right across the street from space center. Was pleasantly surprised by the room after reading reviews, the room was clean (there were stains on the floor but that's just what two stars gets you). Staff were helpful, friendly.
"Breakfast" consisted of bad coffee, dry packaged muffins and stale granola bars. That's not even continental breakfast.Every room smelled different, but all smelled bad, from the lobby, to the elevator, the hallway, to the room.

The location was great. The room was clean. It fit in to our budget.
Check in was at 3 and we really needed to get in sooner. They didn't have change for the laundry like was posted. But over all experience wasn't bad.

Everything was fine at the hotel. The staff wasn't as friendly during the day but the night staff was great. It depends on the person working mostly anywhere. The elevator seems like it needs a little work also. But for the price and star rating it was a great buy! I would stay again.

Hotel Employees are amazing.
Refrigerator didn't work. Had ants and fleas in the room.

Great location
Rude employees, dirty room and plain awful customer service. Busier gossiping than helping.

Location and price. Acceptable but not exceptional.
Room was good for price but not As clean as it could have been. Sheets and bed was up to my standards but kitchenette cabinets were not too clean and I had to wipe them down before use. Soda splatter on doors and cabinets that I wiped off before use.

There were ants in the kitchen area. The whole place smelled like smoke. There were barking dogs down the hall. It was supposed to include breakfast but the breakfast was just coffee, packets of instant oatmeal and granola bars. Not my idea of breakfast.
