Convenient location - easy access to subways and major attractions.
The attitude of the hotel staff (front desk, maid, doorman, etc.) was the worst I have ever encountered.

The location is terrific, staff was friendly and helpful.
Noisy neighbors, the adjoining door didn't help mitigate the sound much at all.

Location, free business center, excellent and friendly staff, free refrigerator moved to room.
This hotel does not provide in-room coffee-making appliances. They offer a free coffee if you eat breakfast in their restaurant. Unacceptable! They are not a 4 star hotel without this amenity. Also, no free internet.

Everything was great except valet
Valet was not worth the extra money. Garage was extremely close and it took a long time to drop my car and even longer to get it back. Couple ahead of me the garage lost their portion of the parking ticket , so they had to go get their car anyway.

The location was great
The hotel staff was not very friendly except for a doorman...the room was dirty & tiny...bed was old & worn out...will never stay there again

They charge to store bags here. Normally that's what tips are for. Also MetBar in lobby adds 15 percent gratuity to a party of one's check. Is this NYC?
