Very unhappy with this experience. For Priceline to sell this as a 4 star in push marketing giving a 'discount', is not fair maybe they should credit my account in all fairness. What does a 2 star cost compared to this decaying relic? Mostly Priceline is okay but this time they messed up. :( Damn you Shatner!!!

This is my second stay and the same room noise conditions were present. I have stopped bidding on SD four star hotels because I don't want to risk staying at the Crown Plaza again. It is a shame because the staff are terrific.

Wait until the property is renovated, if ever. DON'T STAY!

Do not sell me this hotel as a 4 star hotel ever again or I'll never use Priceline again. It's nothing more than 3 stars on its best day. It's freaking being remodeled including the pool. If I hadn't bid on a 4 star room I wouldn't be complaining but this place won't be 4 star until they've remodeled it all. MAYBE. It is a 10 min walk from the Cinema and Tony Roma's is only 2 min by car. ...

This hotel was a good value for it's location and basic amenities. It's a good place to stay if you are here for business, not the most ideal for a family vacation. The parking is a plus, the pool is nice and private, and the ocean views are great. The walk along the area is nice and there is much activity that will make it interesting.

If you're going to explore the country, this is not the place to stay, I just always felt unsafe, even standing out on the hotel lobby outside people come after you for this or that. I had been traveling in P Rico for two months, solo and it was great but this is really hell, scary place. The hotel itself was not what the regular Intercontinental hotel is like. No luxury here. The staff were pleasant. ...
