Hotel Guest Reviews of the Courtyard Charleston Historic District

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Overall nice hotel. Overpriced but that's due to the location. Convenient to King street but a hike to a lot of the touristy stuff. Staff was great and very attentive.
Only issue at all was a smell of mildew in our room. Wasn't awful but noticeable. Probably just an issue with our room. Still gave a 6 for cleanliness but would have been higher minus the smell.

The business features were great.
The restaurant only works limited hours and does not feature a very large menu.

The room was nice and spacious. Onsite parking is a bonus in Charleston. It is a rather long walk to most attractions in downtown from location.

Location was great. Attractions, dining and shopping all within walking distance.
Pricy for average room.

Concierge was wonderful. Great recommendations and helped us see and do as much as one could possibly pack into one day!

Clean, inviting, engaged staff.

Great stay, beyond our expectations for a Courtyard. The hotel is right in the middle of the action, and has great attentive staff that are eager to help you get the most out of your stay. We stayed here on a surprise trip for my girlfriend's birthday. We had a great time.
