The van service from the airport was quick and courtesy.The staff at this location is professional and nice! The property is clean, the rooms spacious and the breakfast was a full hot breakfast. Great value for the money.

Parking was not great. If you have a larger vehicle (truck), this would not be a good choice.

When we got to the hotel at 12:30 a.m. after driving all day we were given keycards to our room. After arriving at our room door we realized that the keycards that we were given didn't work. I walked back to the front desk and let the young lady who checked us in know that there was something wrong and the keycards would not open the door. She then asked my if I was sure that I was using the cards correctly. Really? Like I've never stayed in a hotel before? I replied "Yes, I tried both cards several times and they don't work." She then proceeds to swipe two new cards in the machine and hands them to me telling me that these new cards should work. About this time I notice that her employee ID says "Training" on it. I go back to our room and not surprisingly the new cards don't work either. This time when I go back to the front desk to let her know that these cards don't work either she takes the cards from me and walks to our room with me. She tries both cards and can't get them to work either. At this point she pulls out her management keycard which opens the door. She promises to get it figured out saying that she would be right back. At this point it is close to 1:30 a.m. At around 2:00 a.m. I had heard nothing from the hotel staff so I walked back to the front desk to find the young lady standing in the back office area shuffling papers. When she saw she said "I was just getting ready to call you. We can't fix the door so you'll need to switch rooms. I'll upgrade you for the inconvenience". So, now I have to go back to the room, tell my wife and son that they need to pack all of their things back up so we can switch rooms. When we finally get to our "upgraded" room there is a stained pull-out couch and stains all over the carpet. The caulking in the tub was moldy and the toilet didn't flush well. We finally got into bed at 3:00 a.m., slept til 7:00 and hit the road again. All in all, it was a terrible experience. ...read more
