Hotel Guest Reviews of the Caesars Atlantic City Hotel Casino

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The coffee
Yes, due to me booking with Priceline, they gave us 2 rooms with no windows. I have NEVER been in a hotel that even had rooms without windows.

Terrible experience

Parking was cheap, and room service was surprisingly good.
I reserved a non-smoking king, but the hotel put me in a double smoking room. I was told this was all they had. My room smelled like a stale ashtray, and the AC barely circulated the air. The quality of the bedding was also not on par with other hotels.

I was disappointed. I was traveling with a friend on business and when we arrived to check in, the hotel had lost his reservation. The lady at the front desk was rather rude when he complained after it had taken her 15 minutes to put him in a different kind of room than he reserved. I was told by the desk clerk that handled my check in that they had a king available, but that there were no remaining non-smoking rooms. When I got to my room, it had two rather small beds, and it smelled bad. The AC seemed to be lagging, and the air was stale and sickening. I was also surprised that there was no free Internet. The hotel charged $10 for 2 hours of Internet use. My experience with room service was positive, but that was about the highlight of my stay. The bedding was either of a lower quality than I am used too, or just worn out from over use, but I found the sheets to be rather itchy. I was also highly aggravated when I went to my associate's room in the morning to discover that he had been given a non-smoking room, because he checked in after me and I was assured that there were no non-smoking rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again. ...read more
