Very friendly staff. Jeremy at the front desk Gave me a room early in the morning even if the check-in time is 3pm. I came on a early flight to Vancouver.Very appreciates that I had a place to stay right away with no extra charge. Will go back for sure. Perfect location on Robson street.Very nice staff at this hotel.

It is a 3start only because it fails to be outstanding in areas where it could be. It lack "Attraction". The very good accommodation is let down not by the service but by wasted space, better restaurant features and style and a public draw. With a rather inexpensive functional change or six I could be a 4 star add a fine dining experience and it could be a five.. Just PUT a honking big sign on it and it will draw more guests. AS it is it's a good place for people who want a nice quiet hotel room with a passable view in upper floor rooms. ...

hotel is clean, spacious and has a great bar service for coffee/drinks/snacks. the location is right in the middle of robson shopping which is also great. concierge is terrible so as long as you don't expect any service, then its fine.

Super big rooms. Make sure to get a room on a higher floor, for a view. Great places to eat near by. Make sure to go on the side streets to find the best values. Yes I would stay here again, with out hesitation.

The room was comfortable and there was a great view of the city. There was a charge for parking but because of the location it was not necessary to get back into the car.
