Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Royal Hotel

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Cleanliness and comfort.
No kingsize beds suites is strange.

I will be staying there more.

I did appreciate that there was a door to the exterior as I have dogs and it made it easy to load them in and out of the car without going through the lobby.
I did not like the location at all. It's a bit industrial and there are many sketchy characters walking and riding around on bikes looking to steal from peoples vehicles. The hotel also has unprotected wifi, so squaters use it sitting outside.

The Hotel itself is decent, it's just the location that is not ideal. The room was fairly clean, with recent upgrades to the bathroom. ...read more

I Love that Best Western provides an empty fridge and microwave in their rooms! I am "Vegan" and since it is yet difficult and time consuming to find and buy appropriate food when I travel, there are some things I take with me! Bravo Best Wester
No!

The Hotel itself is older but our room appeared to be renovated and well done! The staff were friendly and most helpful providing immediate response and correcting a situation that arose! All was clean and in good order with comfortable beds nice linens and a good supply of towels without asking for them! There is a comfortable unpretentious feeling that I enjoy! Our "Non Smoking Room" was a Non Smoking Room not seeming to be like some that are suddenly converted to non smoking without the proper cleaning! Our windows actually opened which was wonderful for someone who prefers not to use air-conditioning unless I have to! Thank You Best Western! ...read more

location, close to airport and highway
noise!!!

The hotel itself was ok, I have stayed before and had a fine room and experience but this trip was not very good. The room only had a small double bed (1 bed). We were under the lanudry room so every morning at 7am it sounded like the whole hotel was going to take off into space, it was very very loud. Their was a convention going on during my stay, the halls were filled with loud drunk people all night. Although they had hired some security to tend to this problem it made for a loud night, followed by an early morning thanks to the laundry service. The service in the restaurant was slow, it was not even close to full but we waited over 20 minutes to be seated. The food was ok, but the prices were high. This experience was not a pleasant one. ...read more
