Hotel Guest Reviews of the Best Western Plus Casino Royale

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great location in the middle of the strip. Rooms are updated. Great price and small hotel makes your commute to room very quick.
I did not see any signs for the parking garage, so it was hard to find.

The room had some nice finishes.
The noise from Harrah's recycling center next to us was awful, the view awful, the smell awful. It was right down in the middle of the action, but I will never stay here again.

Not sure of anything.
Lobby, finding parking was a hassle and down an alleyway, corridors very old. No food services in the hotel, needed to go next store for a low quality $22 breakfast.

Room renovated maybe two years ago, but low quality, and well used. Rest of hotel seemed very dated, old rugs, furnishings and lacked brightness.

The rooms were clean and the hotel location is excellent.
The heating and cooling system is poorly designed. Either only the heat is on or only the cool is on. With people traveling from all over the country you can't expect everyone to be comfortable at the same temp. My family from Phoenix was freezing.

Excellent proximity to Sands Expo Center. Room was clean and comfortable and very good value as compared to similar rooms in the big Casino Hotels close by.

Staff was very friendly. Accommodated early check-in. Free parking included. Free WiFi in rooms. No bogus additional"resort fees" charged by the bigger hotels in vicinity.

The location is the greatest for the value. The rooms were very modern and clean. You don't have to walk through a huge building to get in and out.
Not really.

The location was great. Overall this is a great hotel.

Location was great. Easy walk to Walgreens, Denny's, and surrounding hotels. The staff were friendly, especially Felicia who had lots of helpful info for walkers like us. Room was clean, looked new,has small empty fridge and keurig plus coffee/tea in room.
You could clearly hear the noise, voices, or doors slamming shut in the hallway/corridor outside your door. If you're a light sleeper, and you still want to stay in this hotel, you might want to ask the staff to pick a room away from other guests.

See above comments.

It was located on the Las Vagas Boulevard.
The price line indicated in their e-mail that my checking/check out was at 7 pm.That was misleading. The hotel staff allowed us to keep our luggage. The priceline charged heavily from us and they kept the maximum.I will directly call the hotel next time.

Good service for the money that we paid. But price line charged heavily from us.

the location, food prices, and renovated rooms. Was not aware of it but next door was a half price ticket booth, it would have been nice to have known about it.
getting in/out of hotel with vehicle. the parking is behind the hotel and on a major crossing route of tourists who do not like to stop and let vehicles in.

The location was great, renovated rooms were nicely done and decorated. the size of the casino was perfect and not overwhelming like the other hotels. It was close to the Mirage, Venetian, Treasure Island and Madame Tussands. it made it easy/walking distance to shows and other entertainment.
