Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. It is open and has the most beautiful atrium with a pond designed pool and Jacuzzi. The bathrooms are huge and inviting. Bed is posture-pedicure-like, linens-great, feather pillows and bedspread.
The only set-back is the location, is a bit hard to locate, but if you get the WAZE GPS App, then you will have no trouble finding anything in Costa Rica. Once you get inside the space, you will begin to relax.....

Great breakfast included, dinner is as formal as you want to make it. If you go as a honeymoon, there are some awesome spaces there that can create the ultimate dining or private chatting in the atrium. The roof top view at night is very nice. The gym gas enough for the David health conscious traveller.

It looked great on the Internet. When I clicked "Airport Shuttle" for its star number, Priceline took me to this hotel.
They had no shuttle. Finally sent a cab driver for us. He wanted $35 + tip for the one-way ride.
XXX for a
XXX hotel room. We were stranded at the airport. Ended up cancelling and going elsewhere. Still charged. Staff was absolutely no help.

Do not trust these people. They took my money and were unwilling to talk. Suggested I produce a screen shot of the page (already edited). The only bad spot on a wonderful vacation. The Wyndham had a free airport shuttle and lovely hotel. We paid for it AND for the room not used at the Beacon. My wife was so disappointed in being stranded at the airport by their unprofessional staff. Priceline was unwilling to do anything. Long time user of Priceline is now never going to use them again. more

Extremely friendly and accomodating staff. Very clean and modern decor.
Don't wander too far from the hotel and park.

Loved this hotel!!! Overall the hotel was very romantic. Would not suggest for children. We had to bring our 19 year old at the last minute and they were very nice about bringing a twin bed in the room. Space was tight, but bathrooms have frosted doors and Windows that are somewhat transparent, so meant for couples only. There is a Sunday festival at the park 2 blocks away. Fun, dancing in streets and craft fair! Only thing strange was u can't put toilet paper in the toilet because the sewer system can't handle it. Beautiful view of San Jose at night from rooftop! more

Very comfortable beds, and
beautiful hotel in a crowded city.
Parking garage was too small for the number of guests, breakfast that came with room was not much.

Beautiful hotel - nice escape from crowded city. Beds were very comfortable and room was spacious, good Internet, not great hot water pressure but OK. Breakfast that came with the room was only fruit and bread - I thought there would be more. Overall, very nice stay.

One of the best boutique hotels for the money in the world in my opinion
The room, as gorgeous as it was, had a musty odor caused by all the dampness. Can easily be addressed with strategically placed "Damp Rid".

I could not have been more surprised at the excellence of the hotel staff and the exceptional hotel accomodations.
