Hotel Guest Reviews of the Banff Voyager Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

the dirty hot tub, the loud partying students running up and down the hall while screaming, loud music from other rooms, dated furniture, patio doors that didn't lock, high prices compared to what you get, really slow internet, FREE BREAKFAST AT LEAST
duct tape repairs on carpet, heat takes forever to warm up room, front desk staff that doesn't know where your room is (direct you the wrong way), one ice machine for the whole place, paper thin walls, no extra toiletries available that other hotels have,

Good room for the price. Has pool and sauna. Staff are friendly and helpful. Noise level really depend on fellow travellers. Lucky our room were on the quiet side
Bed mattress are a little uncomfortable. No microwave or mini fridge in our room, but I probably forgot to book one with them
