Wonderful location! Love that it has a short walk to the monorail station. Convenient. Called for extra blankets and maid service was there with them within 7 minutes.
Mattresses were not comfortable. We compared them to having 2 box springs stacked on top of each other.

The hotel needs to be aesthetically updated.

The front desk staff was friendly enough. The location on the strip isn't bad.
Filthy room. Uncomfortable beds.

The room was large, which we joked the whole time slightly made up for the fact that it was the most run down hotel room we've ever stayed in on the strip, or in Vegas in general. There were obvious vomit stains in the carpet and what appeared to be blood stains. The mattresses were so bad that we could feel individual springs. Just very old and run down. Even for a smoking floor, the rooms were surprisingly acrid and unpleasant- zero ventilation. Compared to many options for a similar price all around Vegas that have kept up with renovations to provide a comfortable guest experience, Bally's is just lagging very far behind.
