-Awesome lobby and bar/restaurant -Subway is right across the street
-Absolutely nothing nearby (except by train) -Lobby is 4 stars, my room was tiny and cramped and didn't give me a 4 star vibe at all. -Air conditioning didn't really work

All they did to try to make the room 4 stars is add some fancy carpeting and update the bathroom. The TV also has a very nice touch. In short, the lobby and bar are 4 star quality but the rooms do not portray the same. I stayed in this hotel due to reading online and people suggesting to stay in Mitte because of its central location. They were right, but there is still nothing nearby except if you take the train. more

Not a lot. Quite disappointed actually.
Most things.

Overpaid, even for a '4 star' hotel when in all actuality it should be more like a 1 1/2 star hotel. Would not recommend this hotel for the price they charge.

The concept. It's a hotel and an art gallery at same time.
The room was maiden with materials that appear to be quiet simple. Sometimes it appears not so clean.

This hotel has an innovating concept adding art features in the hotel facilities. But it was maiden by materials quiet simple. The location is good. It has a Subway station 50 meters away. As bottom line, I think it is much expensive for what it offers within the rooms.

It was clean.

We were truly disappointed in the quality of the hotel.

Quiet location.
Quality and cleanliness of room.

This is definitely
no luxury hotel. The furnishings are old, carpets are worn and bathrooms are in strong need of renovation. Cleanliness is also not the best.

The beds were very comfortable.
There was a lot of smoking in the lobby.

Our first room was very tiny and didn't have a bathtub but the staff was very accommodating and switched us to a room with a tub that happened to be much larger than the first. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the smokers in the lobby. It was disgusting to have to walk through on the way in and out but its Europe and people smoke.

Excellent location. Right on subway stop. Near attractions. Nice towels. Very quiet.
Room was small. No coffeemaker. Only one chair. Awful pillows. Soft mattresses.

This hotel is right on a subway stop which is very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel was very quiet, and we had a no smoking room. Most of the rooms are small (although we were offered one which was a bit larger, but it was a smoking room and right by the elevator). The rooms with one bed are tiny and only have a shower. Ours had two beds and a bathtub. The furniture is Ikea like, inexpensive. There are no drawers in the room. The pillows are thin, and the mattress was soft. I'd stay there again for the price and because of the location. more
