Hotel Guest Reviews of the Americas Best Value Inn Warrenton

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The staff at this hotel was absolutely on point. They had everything i needed and were always there when i needed something.

The hotel was well kept. The rooms are a tad small but perfectly sized for my needs. Everything was clean and the staff were the most friendly staff I have ever encountered in a hotel.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Close to main roads
Said room I booked didn't have refrigerator and said it was an extra ten dollars. Since room wasn't prepped in advanced it was like a sauna and took five hours to cool down. The refrigerator took four hours before it was cold enough to use.

My wife is diabetic and we have to keep her insulin cold so not to have a refrigerator in then room when one was expected was a problem. When we complained the next morning about the problems we had with the room the deskclerk not only didn't offer a discount but became augumentative and said we wouldn't have had problems if we booked things right. Will never stay her again. Room are small. Toilet sat so low it must have been meant for a munchkin. Bathroom was smaller than the handicap stall in the bathroom where I work. Not worth the money. ...read more

The desk person could not speak nor understand English when I called them.

When I tried to get directions to the hotel the personnel on the phone did not speak nor understand English. Therefore I was not able to stay at the hotel because I could not find it. Also because of this lack of communication the hotel personal had I did not get a refund on the money for the room. If people are going to work in such a potions it is best the know and understand English when dealing with the public! I will never use priceline.com again. ...read more

We did not even check in and stay. After arriving at the location, I did not feel it was a safe place for my son and I to stay. It was not clean and very trashy looking on the outside.
The area did not seem like a safe place to stay. The whole atmosphere seemed very sketchy and trashy.

The room was quite small and the bathroom was incredibly tiny.

My main complaint was not with the hotel per se. We were given a king size bed. We needed 2 double beds as there were 4 in our family. When we explained what we needed we were charged 9 more dollars than the quoted price. My daughter-in-law had made the arrangements since she had used Priceline before and had been pleased. I was unfamiliar with the way Priceline worked and was the one who went in to sign us in with my credit card. When I told her I had to pay $9 above the quoted price she was quite surprised that the manager did not substitute a different room for the quoted price. I would definitely never use Priceline again. This was the most expensive room on our trip and the least appealing. ...read more
