Hotel Guest Reviews of the American Inn Cleburne

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was huge! Quiet and comfortable. I would love to stay there again.
Water pressure was very poor in the shower. The free breakfast was a joke.

It was affordable and had a refrigerator, microwave and cable
There were obvious signs of drug activity and and little perception of safety. (see below). My room was missing several light bulbs and poorly lit. A lot of foot and bike traffic after dark. Paint falling off walls.

Parking lot poorly lit. Previous occupant of room had stuffed paper towels into the peephole on the door. Light bulbs missing from room. Hot breakfast was ice cold and clerk unlocked breakfast area 30 minutes late. Went to retrieve something out of my car and observed three people smoking methamphetamine in parking lot. Two drove off and one ran to another room.

The room was very clean, and the staff was very considerate. It was also very quiet, even though it was on a main street. The housekeeping staff did an outstanding job.
Nothing I can think of.

The hotel, although on a main street was quiet. And the room I was in was very large. I don't know if that is indicative of all the rooms. The room was in excellent condition and very clean, and looks to have been recently remodelled. It was in much better condition than some of the nationally known budget motels I've stayed in from time to time. It was an excellent value for the money, and I would certainly recommend it to anyone visiting Fort Worth or the surrounding area. ...read more

No! I did not stay there. I emailed y'all asking to cancel reservation because there is not a phone number to contact. The hotel would not answer any questions for me. This place wreaked I a foul odor upon entering the lobby.

There was a refrigerator and microwave and the bed was comfortable
Was worried about my car all night due to the parking lighting.

Parking lot was dimly lit so my first impression wasn't favorable. Upon entering the room, I was impressed with the size of it but the furnishings were old and damaged. There was no smoke alarm. There were two refrigerators and a microwave though. The bed was more firm than I am used to but comfortable nonetheless. All in all, for a budget hotel I slept welland a one night stay it wasn't too bad. Would not recommend for an extended stay unles you like to live in trailer park conditions. ...read more

NOTHING!
Stained carpets, tub water running, looked like a crime scene from a tv show, tripped over missing cement in parking lot.

This hotel was below a 1 star, it was more like a hourly rate room had to go to a better part of town and pay for another room for our New Years Eve night out. Would not even have my dog stay in this hotel, Priceline should refund my money for the two rooms or at least give us two rooms at another hotel for a future date.

Wi-Fi available, but I did not need to use. Pleased that it was available.
parking area needed repair.

I had no complaints with hotel or hotel staff. I was in Cleburne on business and did not need any entertainment. Found good resturants within easy driving range. I appreciated the large room which had a full sofa, multi-channel TV, and fridge, microwave. Room was clean. I mentioned problem of having to"jiggle" toilet to stop water from running. Management responded. No further problem. Thank you price-line. ...read more
