Hotel Guest Reviews of the 25Hours Hotel By Levi's

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The room was old, not clean, and very noisy at night

It was very clean and modern. The free internet in the room was fast enough to use Skype video chatting. The staff was very friendly and helpful
The in hotel breakfast was rather expensive, more than 10 euro, but there were multiple bakeries and breakfast places in the area. The room was not well lit.

I was please to have found this hotel. It was close to the train station and was a 15 minute walk from the main pedestrian zone of the city. There have been other comments noting the hotel's proximity to the city's red light district. You can avoid this area. The hotel is not on the same street as the district. You can travel from the train station and travel to the pedestrian zone completely bypassing that area. ...read more

THE FOOD! The staff was very friendly and helpful but the FOOOOD! The hotel's design and layout was top shelf.
I wasn't really happy about the neighborhood after dark but everything is well lit.

The hotel is a five minute walk from the train station and easy to find. After checking in, which was a breeze, I was impressed that I had to use my key to get into my hallway after I got off the elevator before having access to my room. I had a small balcony to get some fresh air and there was a giant mural on a building to the right. The food at this hotel is the best food I had in Europe for three weeks. I ate every meal at the hotel except a few breakfasts and all were excellently prepared and delicious thanks to Tino and his staff. Hint: if you want to sit and eat at the restaurant you'll need to make a reservation as they are VERY popular. The restaurant is staffed by a group of very delightful and fun people who obviously really like to work there. I will be glad to visit again. ...read more

I liked the look of the hotel. It was very nice and I would stay there again.
The charge for the breakfast but that is not a big deal.
