Welcome to the Woodwards Resort
Indoor and outdoor pools, a skating pond and a full-service restaurant are a few of the appealing amenities at the family-operated Woodward's Resort, a year-round hotel near Loon Mountain that accepts pets.
At Woodward's Resort, 142 rooms are spread over six buildings, some connected to the indoor pool and others overlooking the seasonal outdoor pool. All are traditionally furnished and come with mini-fridges, coffeemakers and cable TVs. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the open-hearth restaurant (open seasonally) before a day on the slopes. Sip a pre-dinner drink by the stone fireplace overlooking the lighted ice-skating pond, which is full of rainbow trout in summer. The resort also features tennis and racquetball courts, a game room and self-service laundry facilities. Non-smoking rooms are available, and pets are welcome for an additional fee. Note: Certain fees apply, and guests planning to arrive before or after the designated check-in time must contact the property prior to arrival using the number on the reservations confirmation received after booking.
Woodward's Resort is off I-93 in Lincoln, six miles from the Loon and Cannon Mountain ski areas. Guests who seek variety can also choose from eight other ski areas within an hour's drive. In summer, there's hiking, swimming and canoeing in White Mountain National Forest, as well as horseback riding and golf nearby. Whale's Tale Waterpark offers family fun less than a mile away. The resort is 88 miles from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport.
"Comfortable beds," a "friendly and knowledgeable" staff and lots of on-site activities are the key features Priceline guests enjoy at Woodward's Resort.

If you are into te current high-end type of hotels, this is nto the place for you, but if you want a true taste of New England charm at a great value, this place rocks. I have yet to try their restaurant, but it looks fabulous...very possibly a hidden gem judging by the cars in the parking lot for dinner. They also have greet ski and stay deals...the best of any that I have thoroughly looked into in the Ski 93 area....and no, my last name is not Woodward. This review is the real deal. ...

There was an indoor pool and Jacuzzi behind the main office connected to a set of hotel rooms. There was a good supply of towels and the water was clean. I stayed in the glassed in building down the road from the main hotel. I examined my room thoroughly and found no sign of bed bugs, roaches or ants. The beds were comfortable and had big pillows and comfortable blankets with the smooth trim around the edges. The bathroom was well stocked with supplies. I was glad to celebrate my 5th wedding anniversary here. ...

Honestly I could not tell if the room was acutally dirty or if it was so banged up it just looked dirty. Either way it was bad. My sister and her husband joined us for the night at the same hotel and in their room they were greeted by dirty, stained underwear and dirty socks in one of their drawers. The final straw came when we went to dining room for breakfast. I asked if the breakfast came with home fries and the waitress told us they did not have homes fries that day and did not know why. While we were talking, some guy (he looked like he had not taken a bath in a while) came out of the kitchen and said loudly in to the dining room (not sure who he was talking to), "you rememeber the chocolate chips you dropped all over the floor?" We did not eat their and asked for the manager. She agreed the place needs a facelift and offered us a free night in one of the cabins with a kitchen. Not sure if that meant we'd be better off cooking our own meals. Honestly we may not go back even with a free night. We were not expecting anything spectacular, but this was very disappointing. ...
