Nice comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
Everything was great during my stay.
This hotel was nice and comfortable. The location was great for Richardson visiting. Furniture updated and the hotel has a modern/contemporary feel. Very nice place to stay and I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Richardson, Texas.

The breakfast staff worked so hard to keep the breakfast items stacked, even with a poor layout to work with.
It took over an hour to check in, but that may have been an Priceline issue, as the hotel had not received my Priceline reservation. They had to call Priceline and have it faxed to them. It was 10:30 at night and my kids fell asleep waiting for a room.
Besides the check in mess, the hotel was fine.

hassle free wifi, decent breakfast, nice staff, available printer.
Could have used a couple more food items - English muffins and sliced cheese come to mind. Also, a non-sweetened cereal selection would be good.

Hotel was not ready to be open to public it was undergoing large renovations. Did not look at all like pictures you posted on your site. There was no kitchen or breakfast area as closed for renovations yet your site said nothing about this.

I don't think you'd like me to do that. I felt horrible for our new employee. She was here to train and when I made the reservations I choose due to pictures, location and breakfast.
